IIMPossible is an independent online test-preparation platform operating at iimpossible.co.in ("IIMPossible", "we", "us"). We sell digital products only — there is no physical shipment or delivery, and we operate remotely with no walk-in office. All support and grievances are handled over email at admin@iimpossible.co.in (complaints acknowledged within 24 hours, resolved within 30 days). By creating an account, purchasing a plan or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We provide online practice material and preparation tools for management entrance exams — full-length mock tests, sectional tests, previous-year practice papers, performance analytics and score estimates, study planners, and access to preparation courses created by us or offered by partner institutes. All products are digital and are delivered instantly to your account; there is no physical product or shipment. We do not provide admission consulting, guaranteed coaching outcomes, or any official examination service.

IIMPossible is an independent preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), IIM CAT, GMAC (GMAT), XLRI or XAT, NMIMS or NMAT, SNAP, SIBM or Symbiosis International University, or any other examination authority, university or institute. Exam names such as CAT, GMAT, XAT, NMAT and SNAP are used only descriptively to identify the exam our practice material is designed for, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our mock tests are our own original practice material and are not official, licensed or actual exam papers.

You must be at least 16 years old, or use the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to register. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Accounts are for individual use only — sharing an account, reselling access or using automated tools to extract content is not permitted and may result in suspension without refund.

Each paid plan lists the mocks, sectional tests, previous-year papers, analytics and validity period included, both on the plan card and again at checkout. Access is granted for the validity period stated at the time of purchase. Plan contents may be added to or improved over time; we may also correct, replace or withdraw individual questions or tests for quality or accuracy reasons.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR); the amount you see is the amount you pay. Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway, and we do not store your card or banking details. Discounts, coupons, referral rewards and bundle offers never stack — only the single largest applicable discount is applied.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

All questions, solutions, explanations, analytics, study plans, text, design and software on the platform are owned by IIMPossible or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own exam preparation during your plan validity. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, screenshot for redistribution, record, scrape, data-mine, use automated tools or bots to extract, upload to other platforms, resell or create derivative products from our content, whether or not for commercial gain. Breach may lead to immediate termination without refund and to legal action.

We do not guarantee any exam score, percentile, sectional score, shortlist, interview call, IIM or other B-school call, or admission. Any scores, percentiles, score bands, predictions, improvement figures or readiness indicators shown on the platform — including the Percentile Predictor, score estimates, study planner projections and analytics — are estimates for guidance only, generated from historical trends and your own practice performance. They are indicative, are not produced or verified by any exam authority, and must not be relied upon as a prediction of your actual result. Your outcome depends on many factors outside our control.

You agree not to attempt to disrupt the service, probe or breach its security, reverse-engineer it, submit unlawful or abusive content, impersonate others, or use the platform for any purpose other than lawful personal exam preparation.

We aim to keep the platform available continuously, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, updates or issues at our hosting, payment, email or messaging providers. Scheduled and unscheduled downtime does not by itself entitle you to a refund, although we will extend plan validity where an extended outage materially affected your access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to us for the plan in question during the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost opportunity, exam outcomes or admission decisions.

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached — for example content piracy, account sharing, payment fraud or abuse of staff. Where termination results from a breach by you, no refund is due. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our service or in law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, complaints may be sent to our Grievance Officer at admin@iimpossible.co.in. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 30 days. Full grievance and nodal contact details are published on our Contact page.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Munger, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
